Try as I might, and tolerating as much as I could, The lack of response, Fail to return calls, Total disregard for my valuable time, I am done. Save yourself some heartache and continue shopping for insurance. The worst customer service I have ever experienced from ANY business...Period
Never have we experienced such poor service. Completely unresponsive.
Worst service ever. Unresponsive and negligent. Called on Monday to cancel a policy, was told documents would be sent Tuesday. Did not receive anything. Called Wednesday AM no answer, left message and no call back. Called Friday multiple times with no answer. Went down to speak to someone in person at 2:15/2:20, sign says hours have changed to closing at 2:30 but there wasn’t a single person in sight at 2:20. I would be shocked if they manage to continue to stay in business with this kind of service.
