I really needed help with my Lexus - my dad was admitted to the hospital and my car was having intermittent electrical issues causing it to shut off randomly as I drove. The team at Clear Choice got me in quickly, found and resolved the issue, and had me on my way in a few hours. Thanks to them, I can safely drive to take care of my dad. I’m very reluctant to write this review because I really do think that clear choice has great walk in service and seems to pride themselves on quality and standards but… both my gx and rav 4 were taken to them and returned in a less of quality then when I pulled in. Rav 4 simple inspection oil change. Returned car to me clean and work preformed. Great. Next day wife tries starting car at 5am to get to work car won’t start. *This shop failed to adequately perform pre-alignment inspection and/or communicate faults and proceeded to work on my car* With such high ratings, I was instead met with a loss of 200 dollars. It started with me seeking for alignment. The guy there worked on my car and brought the alignment back. Once I drove the car, the alignment was immediately worse than before.
