Without a doubt, you are going to get the best possible care from Charles at Clear Choice Hearing Center. I saw an audiologist at MD Anderson as well, and they barely gave me 20 minutes of time. Charles is THOROUGH and so, so dedicated to each patient's care. I have been seeing Charles McCabe for 17 years. Having hearing aids with excellent service is like having a vehicle with excellent service. Without service either hearing aids or a car something will break down. The car or hearing aids are useless without that type service no matter what you paid . I know many people who have bought high and low price hearing aids and are not as satisfied as I have been. Dr Charles did a very thorough and excellent job on dialing in my hearing aids! Yes, it is a slow process, but it is worth it. Highly recommend him.
Hearing test is over and above to the point of ridiculous, I was in his office for 4 hours. You can’t take the hearing aids home to try before you shell out the money like most other places. It is a lot of money to pay before knowing if they will work for you. He does have a 30 day money back return policy after you pay in full at least which is a safety net.
