I have recently had 1 treatment and 1 follow up with Dr Richard Yan and on both occasions he explained the procedure and treatment very clearly, which put me at ease and made me feel relaxed. He welcomes you with a lovely smile is very efficient and gentle. For the very first time I wasnt anxious and nervous about making future appointments. Btw he only works Wednesdays and Fridays. I highly recommend Dr Yan for patients who are slightly nervous about visiting the dentist like me Definitely this box.

I am very nervous and anxious about attending a dentist but my time spent at my appointment I was relaxed and only a touch nervous. You spoke to me like a person and you could see that you cared about your patients. I am looking forward to having my teeth fixed and to have my smile. Thankyou so very much.
