I wanted to leave this review of my experiences with Clear Choice Custom Decks as a reference to anyone who might consider them for business. My overall impression of them is that they are pushy, disorganized and not professional. I had called to set up an estimate for an old deck tear out and new covered deck build. I called to set up an estimate for an old deck tear out and new covered deck build. A date and time was set a few days out. They were insistent that my spouse be present during the visit to save time on their part. After multiple times having to tell them that my wife could not be present, a time was set to meet. Shortly after there was confusion on their part with the original timing of the appointment as I had received multiple appointment confirmations with different times listed.
