The original purchase was ok, but all the support and call backs that never happened and problems I’ve had with this dealership are ridiculous. I’ve called and reached out for another purchase, no call backs, no help, absolutely no service.
Bought a Truck have called many times no answers and if they do answer they say they’ll take care of it and call back in a day or so it’s been a couple years now and now one reaches back ever worst experience ever
Have called many times, bought a truck a couple years ago have had an issue with insurance that they said I could cancel anytime I wanted to cancel it the first week and haven’t heard anything from em. Terrible service after I bought it. Even reached out about other trucks after this purchase but they won’t answer the phone for me.
