Contacted Jon about a hairline fracture on bottom of windshield and it had to be replaced. He was open to doing it same day. Windshield has sensors and lane assist that needed recalib. and Jon and team was able to get it done in a very efficient way and very professional and client oriented. I have not done a highway test yet so might add more comment later. Highway test done-passed. Their service was impeccable and rarely experienced today to be frank.
