Alyssa was my representative and liaison between my insurance company and Lexus for replacing my cracked windshield with OEM. She did a yeoman’s job solving problems such as changed spec numbers by Lexus to manufacturing issues, all the while keeping me updated every step of the way. Cant always be sure about reviews but recent personal experience prooved positive reviews accurate! Rare customer first experience, communication excellent, and made an unfavorable experience with another auto glass company simple and easy. Im walking away satisfied!
Terrible experience with this company. We were scheduled to have my glass replaced on a Thursday, they were supposed to be there between 8-11 and did not show up until that afternoon nor did they call to let us know when they were coming or that they were running late. Then, after my glass was installed, I got in to drive my car and the glass was severely warped. The rain sensor on my wife's 2022 Prius was not operating as it should. I took it to the local Toyota dealership who had to take it off the windshield to determine what the problem was. They instructed me to go to Clear Choice Glass and have one of their technicians reinstall it. The people at Clear Glass Choice were able to fix the problem and now the rain sensor works exactly as it should. My wife couldn't be happier as she really loves her Prius. Man these folks are great. I had a problem that had been unaddressed for years. Doug (I think the techs name was) came out and spoke with me personally and did a fantastic on my window. Nice job fine people!
