Nikki is a professional through and through. She ALWAYS makes me feel better every time I speak with her. Nikki understands the clinical side of my needs, and is patient, calm and very caring. I appreciate her belief in me, that I can eventually overcome my ongoing medical challenges I face with being immobile and facing nearly 20 years of chronic lower extremity issues. Allen H.
i'm giving 1 stars because the actual care team is really great. If you value your time and money tho i would choose a group that prioritizes their back end billing the same way they do patient care. Between oversight and lack of communication these people will have you signing up for care and then refuse to reschedule and blame you for not sending invoices or contacting via phone or email. Save your money, time and stress. just go somewhere else.
On july 8th 2025 Mike contacted my wife after she wrote an honest review of her experience. He yelled at her saying that my wife was "throwing a temper tantrum online!", and threatened to hand over our debt to collections if we didn't pay the full amount in 30 days. AWFUL BILLING DEPARTMENT!!! DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS AT ALL & ONLY MONEY!!!!!!!! WAS VERBALLY ABUSED BY STAFF AND YELLED AT!!!!!! Constantly have had issues with them & them not having their stuff together & not communicating: Made me feel very bad about missing a couple payments while I’m extremely pregnant and can’t work. one of which was because no one was in office to process my payment.
