Unable to get ahold of management directly
Single handedly the WORST apartment I have ever rented from. In the one year that I lived there they didn't clean common areas once. Hallways, landings, etc. The laundry machined always smelled of mildew, and I had cockroaches in my apartment and hallways. Multiple things in my apartment broke during my 1 year stay. That they were extremely slow to fix. Heaters and a leak in the bathroom ceiling. They claim to be a secure building but that just means that they have door alarms that are loud no one responds to. This was a moldy, disgusting, roach infested nightmare. Management was horrendous besides Kelly. She was able to communicate and be respectful. Shady place.
I really enjoyed living here, the management is great and very helpful! The maintenance guy is super helpful and kind whenever we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex .
