My husband and I brought our new Tesla to have a simple clear bra put on. They cut our headlight when applying the bra and refused to fix their mistake. We followed their steps and took it to Tesla, got a quote, sent it to them, and they won't fix the damage done. We even sent them a demand letter to get our car fixed, not even to refund the work they did, and we have been ghosted. I'm disappointed in this company and the people that represent it.
BE ADVISED: After getting our car back and seeing some defects in the car, I brought it up to management and was told they didn't do it. The owner had the installer call me on my phone and harass me, saying I was committing insurance fraud. (over some $2 "double sided tape" - Ahmad's words). Final straw was that someone from Tint My Ride called the cops and wrongfully reported that I was refusing to pay.
