I've had an excellent experience with this property management company! They are professional, responsive, and truly care about both tenants and property owners. Any issues or questions I've had were addressed promptly, and their team is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend their services!
They don’t have mercy with the families. They don’t fallow tenants rules. No no. I talk about the family they did. Bad experience. Ok.
Do not deal with this company. They are using their own company to do large installations without tendering out the work. They are double dipping. A definite conflict of interest. It amounts to theft if not fraud? Most of their clients are from overseas and do not have a clue what is taking place with this very unethical company DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT TRANSPARENT , THEY WILL USE YOU AS A SACRIFICIAL LAMB
A really awesome company!! The process of getting our place was especially seamless. Simeon is always responsive and the team is very helpful with getting any maintenance resolved. Extremely transparent about all processes as well. Definitely the best management company I have rented under.
Bad company be ready for them to steal your money. Me and my husband applied for a property they stole $200 just for them to say that we can't rent the property and not help us because the owner of the property chose someone else. Do you know how stressful it is to apply for another property again. That's not fair at least refund the money.
