Totally unprofessional and they do not listen to tenants. Very hard to communicate to.
If you choose to move forward with Clear Blue Sky, be prepared for them to take as much money from you as possible — from maintenance charges to admin fees (to simply communicate with THEM) and other costs that were never mentioned before signing the lease. Their communication is absolutely terrible.
Clear Blue Sky will squeeze every dollar they can out of you. Their team constantly makes mistakes and refuses to take responsibility. I really wish I had checked the reviews before signing with them. There are much better management companies out there—save yourself the trouble.
