i wanted to share my thoughts on the recent service i received. an employee came out to assess the pool sweeper, but he wasn't able to fix it on the spot. he quickly contacted someone from the warranty department to send out additional help. this level of customer service showed great patience, respect, and expertise. my experience was much more positive compared to a previous interaction i had. i believe it would be beneficial for the company to consider further training for some team members to enhance customer relations. ... read more
