The lifeguards are always on phones, not paying attention to the rules and the people in the water. Due to the state rules our community has to have 2 lifeguards. A few lifeguards decided that each one a would take a half hour break per hour. So there is only one guard on. Their boss did not correct this matter when told about it. Gate attendents are letting people in without checking badges. Also letting in children under 16 in without an adult. The rule is under 16 the must have an adult . Terrible: staff has been late to the pool for opening numerous times and life guards are ALWAYS on their phone !!
