I seen the driver of the van EJ73VBU pull out of Newstead Abbey earlier today around 3:30pm, grab a cigarette out of his packet, throw the packet out of the window and then proceed to let go of the steering wheel to light said cigarette, whilst nearly bouncing off of a kerb on the nearside. Not a good idea doing so in a sign written van. Shame on you.

Benefiting from my Domestic and General insurance plan, I had the pleasure of dealing with CBG heating. From calling to book the annual service and requesting a copy of the report the customer service has been exceptional! I was given a morning slot and was contacted by engineer Steve 15 minutes prior to arrival. He was professional, efficient and explained everything in a clear manner. Overall, great experience with all members of staff and engineer. Thank you so much!
Boiler kept losing pressure so called cbg. They came out and got it fixed and working again pretty quickly. Person I spoke to on the phone was really lovely, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely use them again
