I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service I received. My car has had multiple issues that remain unresolved. Furthermore, it took over a month to receive the title, causing significant inconvenience. The overall experience was unprofessional and the staff were rude. I would not recommend this business. I bought 2 cars from them and they both had transmission problems, be careful who's buying cars from them
I bought a 2015 Passat about 2 months ago. It was a great experience everyone was super friendly and helpful. I then lost my keys (push to start) and they didn’t hesitate to help me get things sorted out. Will definitely be going there for my next purchase.
