I recently moved into new townhouse. The sellers had indicated that the dryer only worked on the small load setting. After moving in, I used the dryer + tfoubd the dryer was giving an error code that indicaed there was a blockage in the ducting. I contacted Clear Air made an appointment. They showed up on time, discovered that the builder apparently covered the external ducting with hardware cloth. They removed that obstacle, cleaned out the duct, and replaced some of the ducting that had been damaged, all for a fair price. ... read more
Jason cleaned my ducts in 2024. Last week I had a new furnace installed, and a REME whole house UV. The furnace installer asked me if I had seen any white dust in the house. Apparently, that's common after a REME installation. When I told him that we didn't get any white dust, he said "whoever cleaned your ducts must have done a very good job." I think so too.
We had an okay experience having our duct work cleaned last month. My husband said the crew was extremely nice, as was everyone he interacted with . A few things that made the experience less than ideal: the generator caused our carbon monoxide detectors to alarm (luckily our small children were not home), our ladder was used without our knowledge in our children’s playroom to reach one of the vents but not put away, and not everything was not screwed back together after the initial cleaning. This is an excellent company, locally owned. The people are honest and reliable. They contracted with our homeowners association and everyone found them helpful and courteous. We had issues with drying cycles not leaving clothes fully dry. Since they came the dryer is running like new. Highly recommend!
