Personally had a pretty bad experience at this office. As you enter the office, you’re forced to do a iTero scan. I informed the treatment coordinator that i’m not comfortable doing it as i recently had jaw surgery and I can have it sent from my previous orthodontist office. Her response was extremely rude, she said you’re here as a patient and not buying something at a market. I had a great experience at Clear Advantage Orthodontics in Vancouver. I chose Invisalign over braces because it looks better, costs the same, and I didn’t need to remove any teeth. Everything went smoothly—my teeth are now very straight! Dr. Cziraki is incredibly kind and clearly cares about her work, which made the whole process even better. Highly recommend Invisalign here as a great alternative to braces.
