I originally saw a man named Rich Moran. He was amazing! Clearly told me what to do, what to expect, taped my broken sunroof, gave me an estimate on how much it would be. He told me to contact my insurance company. My insurance company APPROVED THIS. However, my insurance lady called a man named Lonnie. He made everything worse! He told my insurance lady he needed to inspect the car first. I came by TWICE and this man was never around nor did he call me back.
