After being completely deaf with blocked wax for 4 days, I decided that I couldn't be in this state for Christmas. Made appointment and within 15 minutes all wax removed painlessly by suction and washing out. Wonderful to be able to hear properly again, Impressed with the service and the after-care should it be required.
