They took forever and did a poor job. Would never recommend using this company. They extended getting our house fixed by the insurance company for weeks. We had a water leak that affected both our upstairs and downstairs. I would rather let my house be water damaged again than use this company.
I have used this company numerous times, and this was the first time I had such poor quality. My sofa I paid to have clean looks even more dirty than it was before they started. My sofas and carpets look like they just didn’t care and skip entire strips. Old stains resurfaced instead of being cleaned up.
I am always so amazed how sparkly clean my wool double sided cream colored area rug appears after CleanWorks Restoration has treated it. The staff is professional, friendly and very speedy in completing their work. I can’t imagine going anywhere else to care for my rug. Thanks so much.
