So disappointed in the service I received from this cleaning company that we currently have a case with Fair Trade and will be moving forward to QCAT. They have been awful to deal with, didn't do any of the work that was required for a bond clean even though they were paid extra for services that they have now back tracked on and are saying they never offered in the first place. Had these guys booked for over two weeks to do a exit bond clean . Got a call yesterday at 10am stating they were having car problems . Then got told they will be at the address by lunch time never ricked up . They at 3 they messaged saying they can do the bond clean because there was furniture and animals at the house . Firstly there was no furniture or animals there. They sent a photo saying they were at the house looked at the photo and it's not even our house .
