I am pleased with the quick response time and professionalism of the Cleanway team. Once I was able to connect with the local general manager, someone came a few days later to assess the non urgent damage. Two business days after that the estimate arrived and service was scheduled for six days later.

Our workers were great and gutted the bathroom quickly. But then the company said because a contractor left they could not finish the job. My house now has no bathroom and no water (we had to turn the water off for the remodel). I’m so angry and would warn anyone from going through them, they never even came to pick up the trash/old tub etc. which they were supposed to do. This is the bathroom I am left with, and all the local contractors are booked for the season.
