They went bankrupt and left us high and dry with equipment and panels up but not connected and NO permits - a nightmare! Rarely is a service call to your home a pleasant experience. Recently one of our two solar/electric water heaters failed. They were installed by CleanTech. We notified Karin at CleanTech and she immediately took charge by checking our warranty which was unfortunately was 3 months past it’s coverage time frame. She appealed to the manufacture which was denied but we greatly appreciate her going to bat for us. She scheduled a replacement as soon as possible.
