Mark with Cleanstarr did a terrific job cleaning our carpets and rugs. He was professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in his work. Everything looks noticeably fresher and cleaner, including areas that I didn't think would come clean. He was easy to work with, explained the process clearly, and left everything neat when he finished. I’d gladly recommend Mark to anyone looking for high-quality carpet and rug cleaning.

Mark arrived promptly. He was very friendly and professional. He clearly described what needed to be done and gave an honest opinion of what would not help. He saved us a good deal of money by telling us that the full odor remediation would cost a fortune and probably not completely resolve the issue (dog urine odor). We will have him come back to clean our upstairs carpet. Outstanding service!

I get my carpets shampooed once or twice a year. I have used company’s and independently contract. Every year I’m not so satisfied with price and the work but this Time I was so pleased. Not only was the price right the service was perfect 🤩 Mark took his time and very detailed. I highly recommend you have Mark shampoo your carpets he will have them looking like new.
