Mark was really great. We have pets and Mark was able to show us where "accidents" had happened that we didn't even have knowledge of using a specific light spectrum flashlight that highlight body fluids.. He's a hard working, honest person who I would recommend to my family and friends without hesitation.

Mark cleaned my stairway carpet, an upholstered sofa, and 2 upholstered chairs. When finished, stains that a previous carpet cleaner had been unable to remove on my stairs were completely gone. I was so pleased. An ink mark on my sofa was gone. Everything was spotless. Mark was professional. I would highly recommend this service.
