Bill and his crew reacted promptly to the flood in our house. At 6:30 am we awoke to water pouring through the ceiling into our garage. We discovered a flood in the rooms above. We called a nationally-known company, and when they didn’t respond quickly, I remembered that Bill had done work in another location for me a few years ago.
