I went to clean slate for over 5 years and the facility as a whole is good, but Dr Yan is a problem. She is incredibly rude and difficult to talk to. She treats patients aggressively and accuses them of abuses based on medication levels being up or down. I do not understand how she is allowed to practice medicine.. also the head doctor here died from mysterious circumstances. Dr yan told me that and also told me not to tell anyone. This was the cleanest friendliest place! The staff are more than polite and curtious they actually care about you and why you are there. They really want to help! I recommend this place highly
Best experience ever!!!! My doctor, Dr. Yan is simply the best. She cares about her patients, and is constantly striving to give the best care. She is very knowledgeable, and if she doesn’t know the answer to a question she goes out of her way to find out. The staff Keisha, Tiffany and Staci are very professional and friendly. If you are serious about your sobriety, come to Clean Slate.
