I love this place The girls here are great
Amazing place!! In the beginning I was so unsure but here I am about 5 months later I am sober of alcohol!! A huge thanks to Kate and Micheal, Kate gives me good talks and my injections and she is so awesome!! Micheal calls even if I don’t answer he will call and call and I love them for that because it was rough in the beginning but they kept reaching out and got me coming consistent!! If you want to get sober try them out please you won’t regret!!!
I've been a patient at clean slate for several years now and, hands down. This is the most reasonable, accommodating, empathetic, understanding, graceful, committed Ohio rehab center and MAT treatment facility I've ever been a patient at, and I've been to several. I love the staff, the staff is genuinely invested in my recovery and treatment and my mental health.
