Clean Slate scammed me out of 1850$ they billed my insurance 1850$ for a 5 min visit that they called me in for to take a random drug test and never disclosed this information to me and when I contacted them about it she was rude and unprofessional and told me “it is a flat bundle rate” and there was nothing she could do, I’ve been going here for over a year and out of no where they tried to scam me. I think they are extremely expensive compared to most treatment centers! You never see the same counselor so your always telling your personal business to different people! They shorted me on my meds so now I am going without the day of my appointment. Pushing random appt every three months when was one a year when I started which they do to collect more money! Can’t wait to get my medical switched so I can go to Ophelia

I never have a problem there love my provider they always work with me when I'm coming late or if I can't make it today that I'm supposed to be there
