Best outpatient facility I've ever been to by far. Every other facility I went to you are a number. At clean slate you are treated like a person. They're so kind and caring and they are always willing to listen and to offer help and make sure you have your next appointment and they will personally call you to remind you of your appointment and if you do mis an appointment or need to reschedule, they'll go out of their way to make sure you seen.
