I've been a patient at clean slate for a long time at the Alexandria branch.the people there have been courteous & attentitive to my needs.i have no complaints at all.
Been going to Clean Slate for 6 years now and I've never had a problem w the staff or even the other patients. They are professional but friendly and personable. I'm assuming the only people that have problems with them are the ones that do not follow the rules or program the way they are supposed to. Keep up the good work C.S. and thank you for helping to keep me clean for 6 years! God Bless! The pics are awful bc I simply take awful pics but I've been clean and SOBER for 8 years now!
I have all positive experiences with this office. The employees are very friendly and helpful.
I've never been to a doctors office where the staff truly cares for you and about you, but they do here. They make a point to get to know you, remember you and they support you in all parts of your life in and out of office. They're a great team of people.
