As a recovering addict I have tried many avenues in order to recover my mind...AA,self help groups and classes...and the list goes on.... The medical assistance Kendria and Cassandra are great.....from day one it has been the greatest journey...it has helped me to become a responsible and productive member of society... I just want to thank Dr. James Holder my social worker Julie and James who is over the office... I Love Clean Slate it has given me purpose...if you need help don't hesitate give them a call....
