I previously gave this place a 5 star review, which I am not changing to a 1 star review, for the simple fact that I attempted to get my medication dosage LOWERED and received nothing but grief, more stress, and more frequent visits. It’s all about the money.

I love it here. Bridget is amazing. She is my . I couldn't ask for a better provider. Clean Slate has helped me stay off of hard drugs for years. It is a great program if used properly. Extremely helpful and life saving in some situations.
So thankful for the staff the treatment As life goes on around us many depending on their services to keep our community in a better state of mind facing some of the hardest times Bloomington Indiana has faced greatly appreciate the happiness the kindness, the camaraderie, As it’s a very small team servicing a whole community I hope they’re acknowledged for the work they do and time they put in as a staff.. definitely thankful!!
