I'm a recovering addict so I goto Clean Slate for Suboxsone and they are awesome 👌 nice place, welcoming staff. They always get me in n out w/o any unnecessary waiting or drama. Highly recommend 5☆'s all day. Great treatment facilities.
THEY ARE NOT HERE TO HELP YOU!! This used to be a life saving organization. However it has been over run with red tape and bureaucratic BS that will push you BACK into your addiction. I had to temporarily relocate to NY to pursue my career. Instead of working with me to help keep me on the right track, they require me to come back weekly to get my medication. I can't drive halfway across the country every week. A Dr. will give a patient 3 months worth of oxycodone but you will only give me 1 week of suboxone? That's red tape... read more
