I went there looking for help before I relapsed, they told me I actually had to relapse before they would help me. I said " it's going to happen, I'm scared of overdosing" they said "we can't help you!". Well I ended up relapsing and using for two months after this encounter before I found a methadone clinic and haven't used for 7 months now. Im just putting this out there to say, THEY DONT CARE!
I honestly could not give worst review, have been coming for some time, over 3 years without dirty urines, GM of my job finally things looking great… my doctor leaves the clinic.. well the new guy. He’s got an issue with my marijuana usage and can’t seem to grasp when a manager calls out at McDonald’s I need to cover. Felt very judged at this office. Policy seemed to change with the mood of the douchebag provider named Joe. Every week the rules changed. Will never go here again nor do I recommend it to anyone else. I would give 0 stars if I could.
having 9 years of recovery and working in many places of recovery facilities, I have never witnessed a place that jeopardizes a persons recovery the way this place does. 3 times Clean Slate had forgotton to fax my mothers script over, whom has been in recovery herself for 8 years now. The 1st two times being one a friday, leaves you stranded if they forget to fax your script over. The last time they forgot really took me to a state of shock. I couldn't get over the fact of how irresponsible and heartless an outpatient recove... read more
