I love coming here with big smiles I'm welcomed with, I feel comfortable having clean slate be my clinic and without any stigma, this is how a treatment center should be.

Clean slate help me stay away from my old habits, and always find the way to work with my schedule so I don't miss any appointments, and the staff are very respectful and friendly and make me feel comfortable, I'm very grateful for all of them.
Cleanslate is magnificent!! They don't judge you and they make you feel welcomed as a person and not make you feel you anything less. The whole team is awesome and I would recommend them to anyone that has any problems or situations to go there because they understand and treat you as a normal person.
