I have been here for a long time. What keeps me here is the great doctors and my favorite nurse of all, Ms.Kim! She is the best. Makes me feel like not just a number. I have had some bumps in the road and Everytime they're there to help. If you're looking to get and stay clean, I am 7 years sober because of these guys. I would've lost my life. I have been coming to the center for Suboxone treatment for over 6 years. I credit it with saving my life. The staff at the front and the Doctors are all amazing. It does help in the trying times of getting sober that you can count on that team working with you to get you better. Non stop praises for this location of Clean Slate on 40th St
Great staff and doctors
Brought my Grandson here to help get off fentanyl. It's been a God send. The girl's at the front desk are so nice and helpful, very considerate what we are going through. The providers he sees are great, they listen to him. He has really turned his life around. We went to two other places before this one. This place has really worked out.
