Cleanslate saved my life. All the staff is amazing, they dont judge and they will do anything they can to give extra help. Latisha, margarita, those are the women up front and greet u with pleasure and super friendly and kind u will create a bond with thies ladys. The docs also are amazing and understanding they will do anything to help you and find other help (support groups ) and don't worry if you slip They will be there to still helpyou.
I have Hillsborough insurance and Florida blue. These people could not make a payment plan with me unless I had $50 today . They called to cancel my appointment because of my lack of funds. The receptionist was rude and inattentive. Thanks for nothing .
I absolutely love this place they have reallly got me back on track with my life and got me clean. My doctor their is such a sweet and very proffessional
The atmosphere is serene. The doctor is laid back, down to Earth (the black female doctor) & deminstrates genuine concern for her patient at hand. The staff is also genuine & can tell their not just there to collect a day check! That quality is VERY HARD to find in an employee these days!! I highly recommend Clean Slate of Tampa. Schedule an appointment and check it out your self!!
