HappyinLI – I am sorry that insightfulGem had such a horrible experience!!! My first experience at Cleansing Concepts was fantastic!!! Not only was Vanessa a pleasure,but the place was also very clean!!! I felt very comfortable, very welcome and I cannot wait to go back. I left there feeling like a million bucks!!! If you want to feel like a nuisance this is the place to go – The best thing about a service is that you feel comfortable, welcomed and important. Instead I felt as though I was a bother to Vanessa & basically forgotten. I'm assuming all the 5 star superb ratings were written by her or I got the short end of the stick. Either way I didn't even get to experience the service being offered only left with a feeling of dismay.

Best referral I've ever gotten! – One day while anxiously navigating the halls at work, a friend says hello in passing. After I bark a response at her, she says, "Hey cranky, you might want to try a colonic. I have the perfect place." Lo and behold, my life changed. Wow! So terrific – Cleansing Concepts is the answer to all bloating, fatigue, and ailments. Both Vanessa and her facility are the best! I feel comfortable and relaxed when I am there and always leave with a feeling of refreshment. I highly recommend Cleansing Concepts. Give Vanessa a call and run...don't walk to your next cleanse. I am rejuvenated and refreshed.

Great for detoxification and health – I have gotten both their footbaths and colonics. Let my first start by saying the staff are extremely friendly and professional and the spa is very clean and well kept. The colonic is done in your own private room with a tv. I dropped like 3 pounds right after the colonic! It truly is amazing and makes you feel great and re energized. I couldn't believe what came out in the water of the footbath. I found my heaven!!!! – I came across cleansing concepts about a year and a half ago through a google search. I was desperately in need of a detox facility, somewhere to find healing. I called and knew I found the right place. I was pleasantly greeted by staff and felt at ease and comfortable expressing my concerns and sharing my health issues. I have had colonic irrigation, ionic foot baths, and have used the infrared sauna all at Cleansing Concepts. As soon as you walk into Cleansing Concepts you are greeted by highly qualified and very friendly staff. They walk you through the process of any and all cleansing procedures that you choose to do.
