Scheduled an appointment for an estimate on 3/11/22 for my church. They were about 30 minutes late and I made the call to see if they were still coming. Guy came and took a lot of pictures and never took measurements. Too me that was the first RED FLAG. Then told me someone would call me with pricing. Well, today 3/18/22 (week later) I called to check the status of proposal. Young lady informs me that the job is to large for them. Update 01/26/2021: Someone called me from the company and asked why I was unhappy with the service. After explaining, he kindly volunteered to have them come back out and redo it. He stated that they stand behind their word, and I happen to agree. They came back out the next day and I am 100% satisfied with the work. Very professional and considerate. I could've probably avoided all of this, had I told the guy before he left, but he was already packing up and I didn't know if he had other clients behind me. I would definitel... read more
