I had a deeply frustrating experience with Cleanol. They picked up two rugs and charged my 86 year old mother $579 which I found exorbitant. They didn’t provide a quote for the rugs until they arrived, putting my elderly mother in a position where she felt pressured to agree since they were already there. We hired Cleanol for a home well overdue for deep cleaning and sanitizing of wall to wall carpet, as well as some badly soiled, pet stained area rugs.
