I had an appointment booked, employee never showed up for the cleaning service. I had to contact the company to find out why, they never reached out to me to inform me. I would not recommend this company.
This was the first time I have ever used a cleaning service. Although they got off to a shaky start by showing up nearly two hours late, once they were here they got right to it. The CleanNow staff were very hard working, polite, and professional. They did a great job and despite their being late I still felt like I got my monies worth. Senior staff stopped in while the cleaners were still here to do a quality check and to apologize for the scheduling issue.
