To bad there are only 5 stars to give ratings. CleanNet has changed the environment with our company. We went through numerous cleaning vendors in a short time with no satisfaction. Cindy came in introduced herself left information for us to review not pushy no harassing emails are calls. CleanNet came in and did everything promised and, I highly recommend them.
I have enjoy working at CleanNet USA. commercial cleaning services as a sales executive that provided excellent customer service for our new and current customers. I recommend reaching out to any CleanNet USA. team member to assist in any of your commercial cleaning needs.
UPDATE: changing my rating solely because the Regional Director was a very huge help and made sure our problems were taken of. He was very kind, professional, and apologized profusely for the problems we've experienced. We still will not be using the company moving forward, but I hope the experience is different for others under this Regional Director's leadership. Horrible company.
