Update: Tracy essentially ghosted us. I'm not sure what happened, but after cleaning our home regularly for ~6 months, she just stopped coming. One month she canceled because she was sick, and the next she just didn't show up or call/text at all. We texted and messaged on FB to make sure everything was okay and see if there was a scheduling mix up but she never replied. There was never any indication of an issue. My only gripe with this company is that it's not nationwide. I was working in Chicago for about a year and recently relocated to Florida. This place was nothing but great to me ! If only they were in Orlando
