This is a SCAM! Melissa sounded very professional on the phone and very convincing. She talked about guarentees and insurance. She surely sounds like she knows the business. Then she asked her a 100$ deposit because people cancel on her all the time. And then on the day she simply ghosted us. Didn't pick up our call or respond to messages. This was the last day of our lease, and luckily we found a great guy who could help us out with our cleaning in an emergency.
