"End of lease clean. Should of been a easy clean. Used a garden hose to apply water to floors throughout. Kitchen not cleaned. Windows and floors appeared streaky with water wash no products I suspect. Came next day to rectify. Demanded additional $150 on top of original quote of $400. Pictures of unsatisfactory cleaning and text containing original quote were sent but Anju Gurung kept calling for more money. Had to block number on phone."
