Maria and her team get a big 5/5 as far as the professional cleaning goes, however, the agreed upon verbal quote should be honored. Although the agreed upon verbal quote for cleaning a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment was high, added on expenses should be discussed and confirmed with the client before the work is done. We, Maria and I (the client) agreed on a price for 5 workers for 7 hours. When that 7 hours was up, I contacted Maria to see if she was finished. Look no further for the perfect cleaners as Maria and her team are it! Not having used a cleaning crew before when turning around our rental house, we were a bit reluctant. Unfortunately, our last tenant of five-plus years left the house in shambles and smoked who knows what leaving an indescribable odor. Maria assured us her and her team would definitely have our rental house back in renting order. My home has been cleaned and organized from top to bottom! I can't believe how immaculate my home is and it smells incredible! Maria and her team are phenomenal! I am a lifetime client. When I hit the lottery and/or retire, I will fly Maria and her team to Florida to clean and organize my new home. In the meantime, as a busy teacher and private tutor, I will continue to have Maria and her wonderful team, to keep my home in this fabulous condition.

When they say no job is too big, they mean it! My house had become a disaster area and impossible to navigate after I broke my foot and needed crutches. Not only did Cleaning Solutions Specialist leave my house sparkling from top to bottom, they were fast and efficient. Maria R***** the owner, was incredibly caring and added a personal touch that I didn't expect. I would highly recommend Cleaning Solutions Specialist. I live out of state and needed to find someone reliable to clean up my father's house before he came home from the hospital. It was in really bad shape since no one had taken care of it for the almost four months he had been hospitalized. Maria and her crew immediately got to work and cleaned his house from top to bottom and went above and beyond by helping me find a carpet installer and someone to do some yard work so my dad wouldn't have to come home to a mess.
