Considering Kara was trying to clean a very old, worn out and very stained carpet, it looks alot better! Now that is is dry however, the stains have re-appeared. Kara is very sweet and works hard.
Our service man was a sweetheart and worked really hard on trying to get the stains out or lighten them , unfortunately nothing worked on my rocking chair. There were however new stains left behind on our ottoman from the cleaning. They are clearly from the machine used . This ottoman is pretty new but I threw it in there to clean as I had company coming and wanted the house to look fresh. Do not use….They drug a blue hose around our newly painted home and scratched up almost every corner in the home. Disaster of a cleaning job. We came to an agreement for them to come back and reclean the home, I asked them to send a different technician but weeks later they sent the same guy who scratched up our walls. We canceled the cleaning and asked for a refund. They said a refund was not an option
Lucas did a really good job. Really happy with my carpet cleaning.
