Called and scheduled carpet cleaning near St. George, Utah. Lucas reached out and confirmed the date and time. On a Thursday I was contacted and told by Leah who informed me my Monday appointment is being canceled as the scheduler thought I was in Oregon. (Strange considering he took my address in Utah) I was also told they are temporarily discontinuing all carpet cleaning services in the St. George, Utah area.
Following up with a second review, since like a fool, I have continued to attempt to do business with them: Not of their cleaning service- we know how I feel about that. I was quoted 42 cents a square foot on the phone. But the technician charged me by the room instead. And it took almost two days for the carpet to get completely dry. The carpet does look clean.
I am a returning customer and for good reason! Cleaning Solutions has great customer service. They are thorough and do a great job! They also offer great prices. Ben is the one who cleaned our carpets and did a fantastic job. I will definitely continue to do business with them in the future.
