Very efficient service from both the cleaning staff and admin! Our cleaner is super thorough and does an amazing job. Always lovely to come home from work to see our house all sparkly clean!
Very happy with service provided, the team communicate promptly and are extremely helpful. All the cleaners have been flexible and have done a great job, cant imagine life without them!
Real shame that I have to post this as for a while they did a perfectly fine job. However, they recently misplaced the key, now that can happen we’re all human, but the flat out refusal to accept that they could have made a mistake showed me that they have no focus on the customer at all. Their simple answer, on repeat, was just “we have checked and the cleaner put it back” which basically made me, the customer, feel as though they were accusing me of lying. I just wanted to say how absolutely delighted I was with your cleaning service. Sam was punctual, super professional and did such a fantastic job in the 2.75 hours allocated. I was truly delighted to see what she had managed to do to such a high standard in the time. The little touches were so nice to see too - like the hotel finish on the loo rolls and folding the towels neatly on the bed. Good communication, clear pricing, easy to book a clean in. We know have a weekly clean and our cleaner Petra is really good. She has got more done each week she’s come and is very detail focussed. Our house gets dirty quickly with a young family so glad we made the decision to have her come help us out! The team on the phone are super friendly too so feel I could call them if I needed to and they would get it sorted.
