I have worked with Matt Savig and Cleaning Plus of Willmar for over five and a half years, and Skylark Center in Willmar has contracted with Cleaning Plus for nearly two decades. I felt what they did was just get the carpet a little wet with a sprayer that mist the carpet and then went over it with the Machine to clean up the water. If you have stains to get out they did nothing extra to see if they could get them out. If all you’re going to do is what a homeowner or renter can do what is the point. They did not get the stairs looking any better they looked the same. If people have pets, kids and want your carpets cleaned go somewhere else.
