Have used twice before and had a lovely man do a fabulous job. Last person could not of cared less and the carpets in 4 rooms took a total off 20 minutes from the moment the machine was turned on untill finished and it showed. No deodoriser was used and carpets were left with stains that could easily have been removed. Some areas of carpet were saturated and dirty. Emailed company with pictures a few times but no reply.
